Mô tả công việc
- Leads and oversees activities of Customer Service Team
- Responsible for handling customer order processes under CS team: key in order, delivery, tracking order fulfilment
- Resolve complaints and order issues from customer, handle key accounts
- Liaise with Laboratory on product technical issues, customer complaints, create new product, new customers code
- Manage flow of order Stock & Rx with Thailand and local factory
- Set the performance objectives for the team. Develop and administer special projects in areas that need improvement actions.
- Appraise staff during performance review periods. Align development and training plan for staff. Coach and mentor key people. Recognize performance and give sanction when appropriate.
- Train and coach the staff to increase volume and efficiency
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years working experience in similar position
- Good computer skills (e.g., MS Office, Excel)
- Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Good communication in English
- Flexibility, initiative and good problem-solving abilities
